Terms of Service

By accessing or using PulseRepo ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PulseRepo is operated by Topginger Ltd. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

PulseRepo is a notification platform that connects your GitHub repositories to Telegram. When events occur in your repositories — such as pushes, pull requests, issues, and deployments — PulseRepo delivers real-time alerts to your configured Telegram chat or channel.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You must authenticate using a valid GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

You must not use the Service if you are under 16 years of age. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

PulseRepo offers Free, Indie ($5/month), Pro ($10/month), and Scale ($20/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.

If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier after a reasonable grace period. We will notify you by email before this happens.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits by creating multiple accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not store GitHub OAuth tokens beyond the session. We do not read your repository code — we only process webhook payloads that GitHub sends to us on your behalf.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Topginger Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your GitHub data remains yours. We claim no ownership over any content processed through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all notifications will be delivered in real time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topginger Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed notifications or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
